Mr. Shi joined Jewel Capital as a Director of Business Development in early 2015, and he quickly achieved excellent sales performance and been awarded as the top salesperson on the first year joining the company. In this position, he is responsible for sourcing, developing, managing clients' relationships while promoting company's services. He also played a leading role in building and improving the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

 

Mr. Shi started his career as a loan officer for a startup fund making short-term loans to small businesses in 2013. He broke sales record and got promoted to supervisor within a few months of employment. Overall, He is an all-around sales professional who always put the clients' interest first. 

 

Mr. Shi graduated from University of New Brunswick in Canada with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Sales and a minor in Psychology.
