Mr. Li has found great passion in commercial real estate finance, an industry where he accumulated more than 11 years of experience in. Hence, he founded Jewel Capital a few years ago, he is currently in charge for corporate development, business development and management.

Prior to launching Jewel Capital, Mr. Li was a Director at Avant Capital, a bridge lender, where he's responsible for originating bridge loans for the Northeast region. Mr. Li began his career as a lending officer for commercial banks primarily for Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC).  At ICBC, he quickly gained the knowledge and experience necessary to fully underwrite and structure complex commercial real estate deals, skills which he still uses with passion today. Over the years, Mr. Li successfully built and maintained a vast network of professional industry connections and had been positively praised by his clients and peers.

Mr. Li graduated from State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Science in Economic, and is a registered principal broker in the State of New York.
